Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking an accomplished Senior Procurement Manager to spearhead procurement operations within its Russian Unit.

This critical leadership position involves the comprehensive management of all procurement activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing robust strategic sourcing plans, ensuring the seamless delivery of goods and services that align perfectly with both project objectives and overarching organizational goals.

Your role will encompass cultivating strong supplier relationships, expertly negotiating contracts, and fostering close collaboration with project teams to meet all procurement needs with exceptional efficiency and effectiveness. You will drive continuous improvement across all procurement processes, ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to the Russian Unit’s requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and align procurement activities accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations within RU operations.
  • Monitor market conditions and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor procurement team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Russian market.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and supplier negotiation.
  • Experience working within or managing procurement processes in Russia or similar regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
