Job Description

THE INDEPENDENT TOBACCO FZE is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join their team in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai.

This role is essential for managing the smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a key part in coordinating with various stakeholders to guarantee timely deliveries and efficient operations.

The position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of logistics processes, including documentation, tracking, and inventory management. Experience within the tobacco industry and warehouse operations is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure timely deliveries and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of import/export logistics experience.
Experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge of JAFZA/E-Mirsal (Dubai Trade) preferred.
Mandatory: Tobacco industry and warehouse experience.
