Job Description

Treatwell is seeking a dynamic Junior Local Marketing Manager to significantly enhance our presence and expand our partner community across the UK and Ireland.

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, and Central Marketing teams. Your primary focus will be to support a range of initiatives including local events, community engagement programs, social media activities, and lead generation campaigns. These efforts are crucial for driving local growth and strengthening brand recognition within the beauty and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of local events, trade shows, partner visits, and community activations.

  • Support campaign toolkits for product launches, events, and commercial initiatives.
  • Work with commercial teams to identify content and asset requirements.
  • Develop materials that improve lead conversion and partner engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing activities.
  • Create and schedule content across relevant social media channels.
  • Capture partner stories, event highlights, and local success stories.
  • Support campaigns that showcase the value of Treatwell to salon partners.

  • Maintain lead lists and ensure timely handover to Sales.
  • Research prospective partners through local networks, events, and social channels.
  • Track performance and identify high-impact growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, social media, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and confidence in working across multiple teams.
  • Proven experience in creating social media content and a keen eye for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, CRM systems, or social scheduling platforms is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in the beauty, wellness, or technology marketplace sectors.
  • Highly organized, creative, and commercially minded individual.
  • Ability to thrive in hands-on roles and a passion for building relationships.
