Texas Sports Academy is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Growth Marketing Engineer to spearhead our paid acquisition initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Facebook Ads and Google Ads programs, including strategy, creative direction, audience development, budget allocation, testing, and performance reporting against CPL and enrollment targets.
  • Design and implement marketing automations, integrations, and internal tools for lead routing, reporting, and CRM integration.
  • Build tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and data pipelines to measure performance across advertising, website, and the enrollment funnel.
  • Develop and iterate on high-converting landing pages, forms, and lead capture experiences for specific campaigns and audiences.
  • Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI development tools to generate code, produce and refine ad creative, analyze performance data, and automate repeatable marketing tasks.
  • Own and report on pipeline, spend, and unit economics, providing informed recommendations for investment and spend optimization.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience using code, scripts, or automations to enhance marketing program performance, including work on landing pages, tracking, integrations, or workflow tooling, with clear descriptions of results.
  • Proven personal ownership and management of Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts, with a track record of improving specific performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing stack tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Segment, HubSpot, Zapier, or Make.
  • Proficiency in integrating AI coding tools and large language models into your core workflow, understanding their value and effective application.
  • Strong data and analytics fluency, capable of independently pulling data, building dashboards, and reasoning clearly about attribution, cost per lead, and payback periods.
  • Possess an owner mentality, comfortable with accountability for both technical execution and campaign outcomes without constant oversight.
  • Bonus: Background in direct response and performance marketing, particularly in direct-to-consumer or education sectors.
