Job Description

Hospitable is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic, remote-first team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our revenue generation efforts, driving qualified meetings for our Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executive teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily, overcoming objections and asking strategic questions to identify pain points.
  • Craft and send personalized SMS, emails, and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling cold outbound email copy to drive intrigue and conversations.
  • Represent Hospitable at regional and national industry conferences (5-10% travel), engaging attendees and capturing leads.
  • Coordinate event logistics and collateral with the marketing team for seamless presence.
  • Execute coordinated email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn sequences using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Claude, and Aimfox.
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile and BANT criteria.
  • Schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all touch points and prospect statuses in the CRM.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly quota targets for qualified meetings.
  • Analyze outreach metrics and optimize cadences for higher conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on messaging and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with Account Executives to tailor outreach approaches for key verticals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed activity and outcome-based goals (e.g., cold calls, messages, meetings).
  • Comfortable and effective in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% for industry conferences and events.
  • Proven passion for a sales career, evidenced by internships, campus involvement, or clubs.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales organization.
  • Confident and clear communication skills across phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to craft concise and compelling outreach messages.
  • Resilience and drive to make a high volume of daily outbound touches.
  • Coachable attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Instantly, Aimfox, Heyreach).
  • Quick aptitude for learning new sales technologies and workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for juggling multiple cadences and follow-ups.
  • Strong attention to detail in tracking activities and next steps.
