Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end digital advertising campaign execution, including setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies, targeting tactics, ad creative optimizations, and bid management.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Manage ad operations processes, including ad creative trafficking, ad tag implementation, and tracking setup.
  • Ensure compliance with ad specifications and best practices across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies on asset delivery and technical issue resolution.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gather and interpret campaign performance data, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators and ad spend.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate campaign elements.
  • Implement optimization tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ad operations specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, and ad serving platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are preferred.
