Job Description

Actionstep is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Partner Operations Specialist to enhance the success of our Actionstep Certified Partner ecosystem.

This role bridges partner enablement, delivery coordination, and operational support. You will collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to ensure partner-led implementations proceed smoothly, onboarding is well-managed, and delivery progress is consistently visible across all engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new Actionstep Certified Partners.
  • Support partner training sessions, onboarding milestones, and certification activities.
  • Maintain onboarding resources, playbooks, templates, and partner documentation.
  • Assist partners in understanding Actionstep implementation methodologies and delivery best practices.
  • Maintain visibility across partner-led implementations, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure engagements progress smoothly.
  • Help organize internal specialist resources such as consultants, solution architects, and data migration experts when needed.
  • Maintain operational tracking and reporting across multiple engagements.
  • Build strong working relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support delivery discussions, operational check-ins, and governance rhythms.
  • Assist with managing delivery risks and first-line escalations.
  • Participate in post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in partner operations, delivery coordination, project coordination, customer operations, implementation support, or similar operational roles.
  • Experience coordinating complex workstreams, onboarding programs, implementation activities, or delivery operations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partner or customer relationships professionally, including navigating delivery issues or challenging conversations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and operational coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, drive follow-up actions, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain progress across multiple engagements.
  • Experience working in SaaS, legal technology, professional services, or partner/channel delivery environments (Desirable).
  • Experience supporting partner-led or outsourced service delivery models (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies, delivery governance frameworks, or partner enablement programs (Desirable).
  • Experience using project management or collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms (Desirable).
