Job Description

Join LANDMARK GROUP as a Supervisor in our Home Box Distribution Center, a key role within our expansive supply chain operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accuracy.
Implement and enforce operational procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse.
Identify and report any operational issues or discrepancies to management.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
