Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Executive to manage our coffee shop operations within the Leisure & Hospitality Division of Thumbay Group in Dubai.

This key role involves overseeing all aspects of the coffee shop, from daily operations and staff supervision to financial performance and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in optimizing efficiency, driving sales, and ensuring a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

Manage inventory, procurement, and waste control.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Operations Executive, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a coffee shop or F&B establishment.
Strong understanding of coffee shop operations, P&L management, and inventory control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proficiency in POS systems and operational software.
Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
