Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage performance improvement initiatives across various departments.
- Optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other best practices.
- Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of high performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance management, operations improvement, or a similar role.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing change.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
