- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the analysis of business data to identify critical success factors and performance gaps.
- Deliver insights on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor performance to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop advanced reporting tools and dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, ensuring alignment of departmental plans with corporate objectives.
- Foster collaboration between operational, sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to drive organizational success.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on enterprise strategy and performance matters.
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise strategy and performance management team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA) or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development, performance management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence and the use of performance management tools.
- Track record of driving organizational performance and achieving strategic goals.
