We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer for an 8-month contract. Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions and providing essential platform support. This role is crucial for managing our student experience and enabling our teams to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver ongoing Salesforce enhancements and custom development
Provide Salesforce administration and platform support
Identify, implement, and optimize Salesforce workflows and processes
Investigate and resolve data issues, addressing root causes
Liaise with third-party development partners
Conduct functionality walkthroughs and knowledge sharing for new and existing staff
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform

Qualifications

4-6 years' experience in the CRM domain, with 3+ years in Salesforce implementations
Strong experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience (Community) Cloud
Advanced skills in Apex (classes, triggers, test methods), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on integration experience using REST APIs and OAuth
Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security
Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II highly regarded)
