Job Description

Join Coca-Cola HBC Austria, a leading beverage partner, as a Talent Development Manager and play a crucial role in shaping our future workforce.

In this hybrid role based in Vienna, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our talent development strategy. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable measures, projects, and budgets.

Your responsibilities will include designing, managing, and enhancing local talent programs, guiding individuals through their professional development, and ensuring the successful implementation of our talent management frameworks and reviews.

You will empower leaders and employees to build their talent management capabilities and actively pursue their career growth. Furthermore, you will analyze key performance indicators, manage the talent development budget, and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.

This position also involves driving HR projects across various departments and ensuring the successful execution of development initiatives in close coordination with national and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Talent Development strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design, manage, and further develop local talent programs.
  • Guide talents through their entire development process.
  • Oversee the implementation and communication of Talent Management frameworks and Talent Reviews.
  • Support managers and employees in enhancing their talent management skills and professional development.
  • Analyze relevant key figures and manage the budget for Talent Development.
  • Derive well-founded recommendations for future decisions based on data.
  • Drive HR projects with different departments and ensure successful implementation of development initiatives in close coordination with national and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree with a focus on Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in HR, ideally with in-depth knowledge in Talent Development, HR Business Partnering, or similar areas.
  • Experience in an international matrix environment and the ability to successfully connect diverse interests and requirements.
  • Strong project management, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to win people over for change.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Decision-making based on data and insights.
  • Fluent communication in German and English.
  • High social competence, networked thinking, and sensitivity to different target groups.
