Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR/Admin Executive to provide essential support to our organization and HR department.
In this role, you will manage a range of administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews. You will also be involved in proposal writing and payroll management.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities/ Development Studies, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- HR certification is an advantage.
- 3-5 years' experience in HR
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Should reside along Lekki - Ajah axis.
