Job Description
Foodics, a prominent leader in restaurant management ecosystems and payment technology, is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role is instrumental in managing and enhancing People Operations activities across the company's diverse portfolio, spanning the KSA, UAE, UK, and the broader MENA region.
You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of critical HR functions, including payroll processing, comprehensive benefits administration, and managing the entire employee lifecycle. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining strict adherence to local labor laws and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee journey, including contract preparation, onboarding, status changes, and offboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and manage employee benefits programs, with a focus on medical insurance.
- Maintain and audit employee data within the HRIS, serving as the system expert for configuration and reporting.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws and regulations, managing interactions with labor offices and government inspections.
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4+ years of proven experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Operations roles.
- Strong focus on payroll, benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
- In-depth, hands-on experience managing mandatory social insurance programs and labor office procedures.
- Extensive experience administering group medical insurance policies.
- High proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
