Job Description

Al Tadawi Medical is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join their healthcare team in the UAE.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, supporting employee relations and engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also coordinate performance management, training programs, and maintain HR records.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
