Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to provide crucial administrative and operational support to our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in coordinating training, employee engagement, and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
- Support the administration of leave, attendance, and other HR processes.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support for HR projects.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
