We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of dental practice operations and a proven ability to generate demand through proactive outbound sales. You will confidently engage directly with practice owners, office managers, DSOs, and specialty clinics.

This position is remote, based in Canada, offering a competitive salary range of $80,000–$90,000 CAD per year, complemented by uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Conduct clear, tailored product demonstrations based on each practice’s unique workflow and pain points.
  • Navigate complex conversations with practice owners, office managers, DSOs, and specialty clinics.
  • Build personal pipeline through proactive cold outbound strategies, prospecting, and demand creation.
  • Partner closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize qualified meetings and refine targeting strategies.
  • Effectively bypass gatekeepers to create opportunities with key decision-makers who may not be actively evaluating solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and meticulous CRM activity.
  • Share valuable customer, market, and competitive insights with the product and marketing teams to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of direct sales experience, ideally in a full-cycle B2B sales role.
  • Proven experience selling into the dental industry, including dental practices, DSOs, dental software, dental devices, or related services.
  • Strong outbound sales expertise, with a demonstrated ability to create demand and build pipeline.
  • A proactive, self-driven sales approach, capable of independent prospecting and confidently reaching decision-makers.
  • Strong discovery and demo skills, with the ability to articulate business value rather than just product features.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with dental practice owners and business decision-makers.
  • Solid understanding of how dental offices operate, especially the business side of the practice.
  • Familiarity with practice management systems such as Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms (strongly preferred).
