Job Description
Modash is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our ambitious growth targets, specifically focusing on the EMEA market. We are looking to significantly increase our output over the next 18 months, and your expertise will be key to achieving this.
As an Account Executive, you will manage a full inbound sales pipeline, from initial customer contact to deal closure. Our sales organization thrives on inbound marketing, allowing our Account Executives to dedicate 100% of their time to engaging with customers and providing an exceptional experience. You will join a customer-centric team committed to ensuring every company we interact with achieves success, even if it means advising against a Modash purchase when it's not the right fit.
This is a fully remote position, and while our European team has bases in Estonia and Lithuania, your location within the European time zone is flexible. We offer a supportive environment that values autonomy, continuous learning, and direct impact on our product and growth strategy.

- Deliver and build best-in-class customer experiences, going above and beyond to solve customer problems and delight them throughout their journey.
- Run deep customer discovery to understand client needs, define objectives, and plan how Modash can help achieve their goals.
- Curate relevant demos, customer stories, and materials tailored to specific teams and their unique requirements.
- Continuously learn, refine, and improve knowledge of effective creator partnerships and customer-centric sales skills.
- Maintain and manage your own inbound pipeline, balancing new deal capture with winning existing opportunities.
- Facilitate regular meetings, primarily within European time zones, to move deals forward.
- Drive product adoption during sales cycles to secure long-term contracts and enhance customer retention.
- Create comprehensive deal plans to identify missed gaps and uncover new potential opportunities.
- Ensure deals progress efficiently with clear follow-ups and defined next steps.
- Keep the CRM accurate and up-to-date, providing clear visibility into deal status.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Success, Support, Marketing, and Finance teams to resolve issues, build resources, and influence product roadmap development.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in closing deals, with experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company or similar consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales principles and practices.
- Demonstrated curiosity and empathy, enabling you to be an excellent listener, understand client drivers, and continuously seek ways to improve sales.
- Resilience to navigate constant obstacles, rejection, and failures, maintaining a persistent and determined approach.
- A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand your performance, track progress, and define steps to achieve personal and team goals.
