Job Description

Division50 is actively seeking a highly motivated Full-Cycle Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by managing the entire sales process for our comprehensive digital marketing and lead-generation services.

You will engage with warm inbound leads generated from our own successful campaigns, alongside developing your own outbound strategies. Your performance will be directly measured by the revenue you close and the long-term retention of clients you bring on board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: qualify leads, run discovery calls, pitch the right marketing-services package, handle objections, and close.
  • Sell services such as ad management, social media management, SEO, and lead generation programs, delivered as monthly retainers.
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline and forecast accurately; ensure the CRM is consistently updated.
  • Collaborate effectively with the delivery team to ensure client success and foster account renewals.
  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue and closed-deal targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of personally selling digital marketing or lead-generation services to businesses, including retainers, paid-ads management, social media management, SEO, or lead-gen programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, including successful closing, not solely booking meetings as an SDR.
  • Capability to articulate specifics regarding services sold, typical deal sizes/retainers, and close rates.
  • Fluent and confident in English, with comfort in conducting video calls with clients.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Experience selling to businesses in the Middle East / GCC region is a plus.
  • A valuable network of relationships within marketing agencies or with software providers to marketers is a plus.
