Job Description

ArcSite is actively seeking a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to join our team and drive our next phase of growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious, results-oriented sales professionals eager to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding software company.

We are looking for individuals with a proven background in B2B or SaaS full-cycle sales who are ready to accelerate their careers in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role requires the ability to work effectively during Eastern Time hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of ArcSite’s solutions, use cases, and value propositions for various buyer personas.
  • Proactively build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that clearly align ArcSite’s capabilities with customer workflows and pain points.
  • Thoroughly understand each prospect’s objectives, strategies, challenges, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Drive a high-activity sales process, maintaining focus on quality conversations, consultative discovery, and guiding prospects to confident buying decisions.
  • Continuously improve personal sales processes and adopt new best practices.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Confidence in engaging C-level executives and the ability to build trust as a strategic advisor.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A strong work ethic, demonstrating ownership, consistency, and dedication to success.
  • Strong customer empathy and a genuine interest in solving real-world problems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
