Job Description
Pavago, on behalf of a key client, is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Sales Service Representative to join their remote team. This full-time position operates during U.S. business hours and focuses on supporting inbound sales inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals seeking debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions. You will engage with prospective clients who have already expressed interest, providing clear information, addressing concerns, and guiding them towards suitable financial programs. Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or client-facing roles.
- Experience within financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is preferred.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with Cantonese-speaking, Mandarin-speaking, and English-speaking clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional phone presence and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during sensitive financial conversations.
