We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure prime land opportunities for our upcoming projects. This involves actively exploring local areas, engaging with families and landowners, and utilizing our internal system to report and manage potential leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source land opportunities across Ras Al Khaimah
  • Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and community members
  • Conduct field visits and collect accurate data on land ownership and location
  • Present opportunities confidently and persuade landowners and stakeholders to engage or collaborate
  • Use Namou’s internal system to record and update scouting information
  • Work closely with the acquisition and legal teams during negotiations
  • Stay updated on market trends and zoning regulations in Ras Al Khaimah

Qualifications

  • Based in Ras Al Khaimah
  • Valid UAE driving license (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of local areas, families, and communities
  • Comfortable using basic mobile apps or systems (training provided)
