Job Description
Shuttlers is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to provide cross-functional support across various departments. In this role, you will be instrumental in building dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. As an internal consultant, you will ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as analytics support for multiple internal departments.
- Build dashboards and reports for performance monitoring across functions.
- Conduct ad-hoc deep dives for strategic questions and leadership requests.
- Standardize metric definitions and maintain documentation.
- Ensure high data quality for departmental data sources.
- Translate varying business requirements into analysis, models, and insights.
- Present periodic multi-department performance reports to leadership.
- Provide optimization recommendations based on departmental KPIs.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years experience as a Business or Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets skills.
- BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio).
- Experience with advanced analytics or automation tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar technologies) is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contexts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
