Credible Eye Care is seeking a welcoming and efficient Front Desk Staff / Customer Service Officer to join our high-tech eye care facility.

In this role, you will be the first impression for our patients, responsible for creating a positive and professional atmosphere. Your duties will include greeting patients warmly, managing incoming calls and messages, processing HMO requests, and preparing daily sales reports.
