Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Product Analyst to join our innovative team at Coca-Cola HBC. This role is integral to our agile development process, working collaboratively with product managers, testers, and developers to deliver exceptional digital products.

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing user and business needs, translating them into actionable insights and service improvements. You will play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end digital products that leverage the latest technology trends, ensuring long-term stability, maintainability, compliance, and data integrity within our CCH landscape and standards.

Your expertise in market research, data analysis, and stakeholder communication will be crucial in identifying industry trends, understanding customer preferences, and analyzing competitive dynamics. You will collaborate closely with product teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that analytical insights are seamlessly integrated into the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and analyze how these factors impact product strategy
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback and usage statistics, to understand user behavior and identify areas for product improvement
  • Compile comprehensive reports and present findings and actionable insights to both product teams and senior management
  • Collaborate with product managers to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and inform future development
  • Work closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated throughout the product development process
  • Actively participate in agile team meetings, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with the wider team to align product development with user needs and business goals
  • Facilitate user testing sessions to gather direct customer feedback, utilizing this data to refine product features and prioritize development tasks based on user-centric insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge in products for: financial planning ; Anaplan.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into features or user stories.
  • Skills in building user interfaces and user experiences.
  • Ability to manage data health, ensure timely data delivery, fix data issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Experience in finance area managing product backlog & delivery.

  • Curiosity: Desire to understand the business and its processes in depth
