Job Description

DBSync is seeking a dynamic Services Delivery Project Manager to enhance the structure and predictability of our implementation and professional services team. This role is crucial for ensuring client projects remain on schedule, team capacity is clearly visible, and leadership is consistently informed of project status.

In this position, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of services engagements, from initial kickoff through milestone tracking, delivery, and final close-out. A key responsibility will be maintaining a real-time project tracker, integrated with Salesforce contracts, to monitor start/end dates, allocated resources, and potential risks.

You will also be responsible for resource allocation, expertly matching available team members to incoming projects based on their capacity and calendar availability. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain standardized onboarding templates to ensure repeatable and consistent client implementations. Proactive communication is vital; you will send automated status reminders and escalate at-risk projects before they escalate into significant issues.

Collaboration with the services team to remove blockers and maintain commitment visibility is essential. You will also identify opportunities to automate repetitive project management tasks, leveraging AI tools and internal systems. Finally, you will provide leadership with clear, concise weekly project health reports, eliminating the need for extensive data digging.
