Easy Buy Limited is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency from our Ibadan, Oyo location.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Drive sales growth by ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded within the region.
Ensure alignment of all Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets.
Coordinate operational support for sales and business development teams.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Collaborate with regional and sales leadership to achieve business targets.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, sales-driven, or financial services organizations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Ability to manage multiple teams and operational processes effectively.
