Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Drive sales growth by ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded within the region.
  • Ensure alignment of all Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets.
  • Coordinate operational support for sales and business development teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, sales-driven, or financial services organizations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and operational processes effectively.
