Job Description

Coca-Cola Hellenic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Analyst – SPEED to join their Digital & Technology Platform Services (DTPS) team.

In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in understanding and analyzing user and business needs, aligning them with the organization's services and products. You will leverage strong business analysis and process improvement skills to identify and articulate business challenges, as well as opportunities for service enhancement.

As an integral part of an agile working environment, you will collaborate closely with Testers, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure the iterative release of high-quality software. Your expertise will drive product strategy and development through data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and analyze how these factors impact product strategy.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback and usage statistics, to understand user behavior and identify areas for product improvement.
  • Compile comprehensive reports and present findings and actionable insights to both product teams and senior management.
  • Collaborate with product managers to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and inform future development.
  • Work closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated throughout the product development process.
  • Actively participate in agile team meetings, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with the wider team to align product development with user needs and business goals.
  • Facilitate user testing sessions to gather direct customer feedback, utilizing this data to refine product features and prioritize development tasks based on user-centric insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain (preferably in Demand/ SC Planning area).
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes and supporting technologies.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into features or user stories.
  • Skills in building user interfaces and user experiences.
  • Ability to manage data health, ensure timely data delivery, fix data issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and teams.
  • Desire to understand the business and its processes in depth.
  • Ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically to influence product decisions and outcomes.
