Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product roadmap for risk and compliance features.
- Define product requirements and specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, legal, and operations, to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in FinTech or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR).
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into product solutions.
