Job Description
Facet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead critical tooling initiatives, reporting directly to the VP of Product. This senior role is designed for an individual with a strong focus on building internal tools while maintaining a deeply customer-centric mindset.
You will be instrumental in understanding the needs of our internal users, identifying what drives their decisions, and shaping exceptional user experiences. This position requires driving both the strategic 'why' and the tactical 'what' for our product development.
While prior product management experience in finance is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. However, a genuine interest in personal finance is a significant plus.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and internal teams, as well as stakeholders from finance and compliance, to deliver integrated and impactful experiences. A key aspect of this role involves embracing an AI-forward approach, with expectations for building AI prototypes, utilizing AI for requirements, and potentially managing end-to-end feature deployment.
