Job Description
Absolute Sports Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for driving the development and enhancement of our CricRocket mobile application, focusing on product execution, data analysis, and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.
You will be responsible for refining product requirements, creating wireframes and user flows with AI assistance, and writing clear PRDs. Your role will involve coordinating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and accurate feature launches. Furthermore, you will analyze user data through SQL queries and Python scripts, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and track key product metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with AI tools daily, automate repetitive tasks, and stay at the forefront of AI advancements in product development. You will also act as a key support for Sales, Content, and Marketing teams, ensuring their requirements are triaged and prioritized effectively. Maintaining product roadmaps and documentation will be essential for team alignment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining, refining, and documenting product requirements for features on the CricRocket mobile app.
- Leverage AI to create wireframes and user flows for feature discussions.
- Write clear and detailed PRDs using AI tools.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams for timely feature shipping.
- Own data requirements for product decisions through SQL queries and dashboard building.
- Analyze user funnels and track key product metrics (DAU, MAU, retention, engagement).
- Run qualitative and quantitative research for new features and competitive analysis.
- Use Python for data processing, automation, and building lightweight tools.
- Act as primary support for requirements from Sales, Content, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain product trackers, roadmaps, and documentation.
- Actively use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and data summarization.
- Identify and implement AI-based solutions for manual and repetitive tasks.
- Stay current on the evolving AI landscape and introduce new tools and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for efficient query execution.
- Comfortable using Python for data tasks, automation, or scripting.
- Genuinely AI-native mentality with daily use and exploration of AI tools.
- Strong product sense to understand user problems and communicate solutions clearly.
- Excellent written communication skills for LLM prompts, PRDs, and research summaries.
- Highly organized and proactive nature with the ability to manage time and flag blockers.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
