We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing expert advisory and operational support to shape and optimize our human resource strategies, policies, and systems. You will be instrumental in driving organizational performance and fostering employee engagement.

Your responsibilities will span the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compliance, and organizational design. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Build a high-performance culture that promotes innovation, agility, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement scalable HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide advisory support on workforce planning and organizational growth.
  • Design and oversee recruitment and onboarding frameworks for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define workforce capability requirements.
  • Develop career development programs including training, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Implement performance management processes to support continuous improvement.
  • Shape and sustain an inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Develop engagement initiatives, feedback systems, and retention programs.
  • Strengthen employer branding to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives including structure and role design.
  • Implement performance evaluation frameworks and feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive succession planning and workforce capacity planning.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage HR systems, reporting processes, and documentation accuracy.
  • Mitigate employee relations risks and handle grievance resolution.
  • Manage conflict of interest and whistleblowing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience.
  • At least 5 years in consulting or advisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, policy development, performance management, and organizational restructuring.
  • CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or equivalent required.
  • Additional certification in ISO standards or Change Management is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in HR systems design and talent management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Strong project management and reporting skills.
