Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR & Admin Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving recruitment initiatives, overseeing employee management, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

You will be instrumental in active hiring, managing staff, resolving conflicts, and maintaining workplace discipline. Additionally, you will provide essential support for administrative and operational functions, including oversight of warehouse operations, driver coordination, and managing arrangements for expatriate staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and junior–mid level roles
  • Manage HR operations: onboarding, attendance, employee records, and compliance
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Monitor workforce productivity and discipline (drivers, warehouse staff)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and liaise with government bodies
  • Oversee basic admin functions: facilities, fleet/driver coordination, and expat support
  • Manage vendors and support cost control
  • Act as first point of contact for HR/admin issues and resolve challenges proactively

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years’ experience in HR/recruitment or people operations
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or field environments preferred
  • Hands-on, accountable, and solution-oriented
  • Strong recruitment, people management, and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices
