Key Responsibilities

  • Build and improve the company’s operational structure.
  • Manage staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
  • Create clear workflows for traders, tellers, customer service, compliance, accounting, and management.
  • Develop HR policies, staff KPIs, reporting systems, and accountability processes.
  • Supervise daily company operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose practical solutions.
  • Support company growth strategies, partnerships, and expansion plans.
  • Negotiate with partners, vendors, service providers, and potential investors.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and investor-facing documents.
  • Ensure all departments are working efficiently and meeting company goals.
  • Report directly to the CEO on staff performance, operations, risks, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Female candidate required for this role.
  • Proven experience in HR, operations, business management, or company administration.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Ability to create structure in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Experience with startups, fintech, crypto, finance, or trading operations is an added advantage.
  • Ability to prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and business documents.
  • Must be disciplined, proactive, mature, and highly accountable.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Osapa London, Lekki.
  • Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
