Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing systems to support project and service delivery.
- Reach out to HR leaders via multiple channels.
- Build templates, process maps, and client documents.
- Track all outreach and client data using a tracker.
- Secure free pilot clients and send proposals.
- Attend weekly check-ins and provide updates.
Qualifications
- Prospective or serving corps member in Lagos.
- Studied HR / IRPM or has strong interest in HR.
- Smart, takes initiative, and eager to learn.
- Has own laptop and smartphone.
- Comfortable sending DMs and making calls.
