Job Description

Embark on a foundational career journey in the dynamic world of beauty regulations with Huda Beauty. This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the international regulatory requirements governing cosmetic products.

You will actively support the Regulatory Department across all global regions, contributing to critical tasks and gaining invaluable experience in the end-to-end regulatory process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and can adeptly manage multiple priorities.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract designed to provide a robust learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate data collection for Regulatory projects.
  • Assist with and lead elements of Regulatory initiatives and regional requirements.
  • Organize and manage product sample distribution for testing, report results, and establish ongoing monitoring processes.
  • Prepare product notifications for various markets under the guidance of regional leads.
  • Support the setup and implementation of new processes and efficiency-driven projects.
  • Build and maintain Product Information Files (PIFs) for all products, ensuring continuous updates and accuracy.
  • Assist in drafting and obtaining necessary signatures on official letters.
  • Support impact assessments of regulatory changes and gather documentation from external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in the makeup and cosmetics industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe software.
  • Familiarity with social media and web platforms is considered a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail coupled with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills enabling seamless performance and prioritization of multiple tasks.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A forward-thinking approach with a Kaizen (continuous improvement) mentality, actively seeking and proposing solutions.
  • Demonstrated emotional maturity and intelligence.
