Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations across multiple locations in Lagos.
This role is critical in developing and implementing effective HR policies, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment.
- Oversee employee performance management, appraisals, and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Handle staff welfare, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Coordinate training, capacity building, and staff development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, staff files, and payroll support documentation.
- Provide regular HR reports and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager (real estate or sales-driven organization experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams across different locations.
- Proficiency in HR and computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, HR software).
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
