Job Description

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Specific experience or strong understanding of the fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
