Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Specific experience or strong understanding of the fintech industry is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
