Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the top of the hiring funnel, including job posting, candidate screening, communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, identify bottlenecks, and report on key hiring metrics.
  • Drive candidate volume through proactive sourcing, referral programs, and outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, communication skills, and motivation.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and support the implementation of process and automation updates.
  • Ensure a positive and prompt candidate experience through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Collaborate with People, Talent, and Go-to-Market teams to achieve hiring objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (screening, interviewing, candidate communication, or tracking).
  • Fluent in English (C1+), with concise, confident, and empathetic communication skills.
  • Proven experience with high-volume recruitment in Latin America for English-speaking roles.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
  • Strong data skills, including the ability to track, analyze, and flag trends to improve hiring flow.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and ATS tools (e.g., Teamtailor, Typeform, LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable using AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, or Make to streamline work.
