Job Description

GoFasti is seeking an experienced and English-fluent Talent Acquisition Manager to join our remote team. This role is crucial for connecting world-class developers and designers from Latin America with leading global companies.

You will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment process, from defining role requirements and sourcing top talent to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. A key aspect of this role involves building and scaling our hiring processes, developing interview frameworks, and championing our employer brand to attract the best candidates.

Furthermore, you will own the early employee lifecycle, managing onboarding and initial check-ins to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Collaboration with leadership on talent strategies, tracking recruitment metrics, and proactively nurturing talent pipelines are also integral to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment across functions by partnering with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, source top talent, and drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
  • Build a scalable hiring process by developing and refining recruitment workflows, interview guides, and evaluation frameworks that ensure consistency, efficiency, and equity.
  • Champion employer branding by helping to tell the company story and creating materials and moments that bring our culture to life across job descriptions, social channels, and candidate touchpoints.
  • Own the early employee lifecycle by managing onboarding, orientation, and 30/60/90-day check-ins to ensure smooth transitions and early engagement for new hires.
  • Partner with People & Leadership to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business growth, DEI priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Track, report, and optimize recruitment efforts by maintaining recruiting dashboards, analyzing metrics, and continuously improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Nurture the talent pipeline by building proactive relationships with future talent, leveraging industry events, LinkedIn, and creative community networks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or creative industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple disciplines—creative, strategy, client service, production, and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.) and sourcing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to represent the brand with authenticity and warmth.
  • Experience creating and executing onboarding and early engagement programs (30/60/90-day reviews).
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and motivated by connecting people with purpose.
  • Must be English-fluent and based in Latin America.
