Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for strengthening customer relationships and ensuring client retention, a key factor in our continued success.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will work collaboratively within a multi-functional team, engaging with both internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

Your responsibilities will include setting renewal targets, supporting branch revenue growth through strategic price increases and upselling, and effectively managing customer complaints within specified timelines.

You will also be responsible for identifying at-risk customers, proposing revival strategies, and providing valuable recommendations for branch improvement. Analyzing performance data and sharing monthly dashboards with insights will be a key part of your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set renewal targets based on the monthly portfolio.
  • Support branches for retention and renewals, increasing branch revenue via price increase & up-selling.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints within specific timelines.
  • Identify alert customers and bring the possibility of revival of accounts.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions to the branch for improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revival accounts.
  • Analyze data and identify challenging areas to improve month-on-month performance.
  • Share monthly dashboards with analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate qualification.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and drive renewals.
  • Skills in complaint resolution and customer service.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for performance improvement.
