Job Description

Hello Perfect Clinic, a leading aesthetic center in Lagos, is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from their initial inquiry through to their appointment and follow-up.

You will manage appointments, provide detailed information about our services, and maintain accurate client records, contributing directly to client satisfaction and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
  • Schedule and manage client appointments.
  • Provide accurate information regarding treatments, services, and clinic policies.
  • Follow up with clients before and after appointments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and reports.
  • Escalate client concerns appropriately and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet response-time expectations.
  • Previous experience in an aesthetic, healthcare, wellness, or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
