This hybrid Case Manager role is crucial for maintaining Expereo's commitment to excellent customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical and non-technical issues, liaising effectively with customers and local providers. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and retention, reinforcing Expereo's position as a trusted partner.

In this role, you will identify and implement new processes, continuously optimizing existing ones to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with network and system administrators, act as a first-line support, and manage customer engagement with a strong focus on service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve all technical and non-technical issues related to Expereo’s services by liaising with customers and local providers.
  • Identify and establish new processes, and continuously optimize existing ones for excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with a team of Network and System administrators towards common goals.
  • Act as the first-line support person for internal and external parties.
  • Manage customer engagement and relationship management with a customer support orientation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, systems, and work processes.

Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of Routing and switching, SD-WAN and cloud concepts.
  • Good understanding of IT best practices and procedures, like ITIL v3.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT/Telecommunications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with very good verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform under tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP, Network Configuration Management, VPNs, and Information Security Standards.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco & Catalyst Switches, including STP, VLANs, and QoS.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper routers, with an in-depth understanding of OSPF and other routing protocols.
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of VPN solutions like MPLS, SSL VPN, and IPSEC.
  • Experience working with Network Management & Monitoring Tools, such as SolarWinds.
  • CCNA or equivalent certificate required.
