We are seeking a diligent and honest Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic cosmetic company.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, managing inquiries across social media platforms and in-store interactions. Your expertise will be crucial in providing accurate product recommendations and ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently.
You will also be responsible for seamlessly processing customer orders and maintaining consistent follow-up from the point of sale through to delivery and beyond. This position requires strong communication and calculation skills, along with a meticulous, organized approach.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries on company’s products and services on social media platforms and in store.
- Provide accurate recommendations to help solve customers’ issues.
- Process customers’ orders seamlessly.
- Follow up on customers from the point of sale, to delivery and post delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND or HND.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience as a customer care personnel.
- Rigorous marketing and follow up skills.
- Intelligent and able to work with little to no supervision.
- Strong communication and calculation skills.
- Must be well organized and have a well detailed orientation.
- Must be available to work for at least 1 year.
