Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our daily activities.

In this role, you will be instrumental in providing essential support across our office, showroom, and warehouse spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining cleanliness, offering administrative assistance, managing stock, and performing various janitorial duties to ensure a productive and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance of office premises, showroom, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Assist in running official errands and delivering documents as directed by management or staff.
  • Photocopy, print, scan, and file documents when required.
  • Operate the paint tinting machine in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Arrange and organize products in the showroom and storage areas to ensure neatness and easy accessibility.
  • Assist in the offloading, loading, and movement of products and materials within the premises.
  • Support stock handling and inventory organization in the warehouse.
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues, equipment faults, or safety concerns to management.
  • Perform any other administrative, operational, or janitorial duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / WAEC qualification.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
  • Good attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
