- Attend to clients, guests, and visitors courteously
- Handle customer inquiries effectively
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and organizing office documents
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Support other departments with administrative tasks
- Record and relay messages professionally

Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Must live within Ajah and environs
