Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll operations for India in collaboration with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Validate payroll inputs, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Review payroll reports and deliver clear analytical insights for management decision-making.
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and support audits and filings.
  • Prepare payroll journals, reconciliations, Full & Final settlements, and coordinate salary disbursements.
  • Drive process improvements through automation, analytics, and efficient payroll governance practices.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations within fast-paced or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of India payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience working with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, Workday, Allsec, or similar platforms.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently manage payroll timelines with accuracy and confidentiality.
