As our Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance, and managing legal risks. You will work closely with various departments to offer strategic legal advice and uphold the company's integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Manage legal disputes and litigation.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Support business development and operational activities with legal insights.
Qualifications
- LL.B degree from a recognized institution.
- Barrister at Law (B.L.) qualification.
- Called to the Nigerian Bar (NBA).
- Minimum of 5 years of post-call legal experience.
- Strong background in Real Estate or commercial law.
- Experience working within a Free Trade Zone is a plus.
