Tezza Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Architect to join their dynamic design team in Lagos. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for professionals passionate about conceptual design and possessing strong technical expertise in BIM workflows.
As an Architect, you will play a key role in large-scale building projects, collaborating with a diverse team of designers and consultants. Your contributions will be instrumental in delivering innovative, world-class architectural solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience (experience with large-scale building projects is required; international project exposure is a plus).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Rhino; familiarity with other 3D/visualization tools like 3Dsmax, Vray, Lumion, Corona is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices.
- Solid understanding of international building codes and standards, especially BS standards.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual creativity and technical execution.
- Ability to work effectively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
